Rules for Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 33rr platform — whether through a browser on your phone, tablet or computer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or use 33rr in any way.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 33rr including slots, live casino, sports betting with Cricket and PSL coverage, bingo, the Game Lobby and the VIP programme. They apply equally to browsing the platform and to active gameplay once you have registered and deposited PKR.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to register and use 33rr:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 33rr is strictly an adult-only platform. We do not allow anyone under 18 to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on the player-facing platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close associate of 33rr or any of its affiliated entities.
• You may only hold one active account on 33rr at any given time. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including date of birth, name or payment information — is grounds for immediate account closure.

33rr reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal access or account closure.

3. Account Registration

Creating a 33rr account is free. During registration you will be asked to provide your name, a valid email address, a password and your date of birth. All information you provide must be accurate at the time of registration and must be kept up to date throughout your use of the platform.

Your 33rr account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password must not be shared with anyone else. Any activity that takes place under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not you personally carried out that activity.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, you should change your password immediately and contact 33rr support. We cannot be held responsible for losses that result from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their login credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at 33rr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. There is no currency conversion involved — your PKR balance is always in PKR.

Deposits are subject to minimum amounts as displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. These minimums may differ by payment method. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed quickly, often within a few minutes of the transaction being initiated from your end.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may be affected by verification status. Players at higher VIP tiers benefit from faster withdrawal processing times and higher PKR withdrawal limits per transaction and per period.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or one that has been verified against your account identity.
• 33rr reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus funds and cashback credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Funds that have been deposited but never used in a real-money game session may be reviewed before withdrawal to confirm the deposit was made in good faith.

33rr does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your own bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own fees or limits — these are outside our control and are not something 33rr can waive or reimburse.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

33rr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to players including welcome bonuses, reload offers and cashback credits through the VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

The following principles apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus on multiple accounts is treated as bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus amount or any winnings generated from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and the eligible games for each bonus are specified in the offer terms.
• Not all games at 33rr contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The exact contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• 33rr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in and begun wagering at the time of a change will be treated fairly, but 33rr is not obligated to honour offers that were obtained through error or exploitation.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to colluding with other players, exploiting promotional structures or using software to gain an unfair advantage — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses, reversal of bonus-related winnings and possible account suspension.

6. VIP Programme

The 33rr VIP programme rewards players for their ongoing activity on the platform. Every PKR wager placed on any eligible game — slots, casino, bingo or sports betting — contributes to your VIP tier progress automatically. There are five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

Each tier provides a weekly cashback rate applied to net PKR losses over the preceding week. The cashback rates range from 3% at Bronze up to 20% at Diamond. Cashback is credited to your account balance at the start of each week and is available to use or withdraw subject to the cashback terms in effect at the time.

• VIP tier progress is calculated based on total PKR wagered within each rolling tier period. The specific thresholds for each tier are shown on the VIP page.
• Tier levels are reviewed at the end of each qualifying period. Meeting the threshold during a period advances you to the next tier; falling short of a retention threshold may result in a tier being maintained at a lower level.
• VIP benefits including cashback, withdrawal speed improvements and increased limits are subject to continued compliance with these Terms and Conditions. VIP status can be suspended or removed if a player breaches the platform rules.
• 33rr reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect cashback already credited to a player's account.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on 33rr use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. The results of every spin, hand, draw or round are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by any system, timing method or external tool.

Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are displayed in the paytable of each game. These figures represent theoretical long-run averages and are not a guarantee of any return in any individual session or over any specific number of plays.

• Players must place bets within the minimum and maximum limits shown for each game. Attempts to circumvent bet limits through multiple simultaneous accounts or other means are prohibited.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — a disconnection, browser crash or server issue — the round will be settled according to 33rr's disconnection policy, which aims to resolve interrupted rounds in the fairest possible way based on the state of the game at the time of interruption.
• Malfunctions in any game software void all pays and plays for the affected round. In the event of a confirmed malfunction, 33rr will refund the bet amount for the affected round to the player's account balance.
• Using automated software, bots or any form of scripted play to interact with 33rr games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Sports Betting

The sports betting section at 33rr covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, international T20 fixtures, Test cricket and bilateral series — as well as Football, Esports and other major sports. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message showing the bet reference number and the odds at which the bet was accepted. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance at the displayed odds if odds change during the submission process.
• In-play bets are accepted during live matches subject to availability. 33rr reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time during a match, particularly during periods of significant match events such as wickets, goals or stoppages.
• Minimum and maximum bet stakes apply per event and per market. These limits are shown in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to 33rr's settlement rules for that sport and market type. Generally, matches not completed within a specified period of the original scheduled start time are treated as void and stakes are returned.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are displayed at a level clearly inconsistent with the fair market price due to a technical fault — will not be honoured. 33rr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds and will notify affected players.
• Winnings from settled sports bets are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times vary by sport and event — most Cricket and Football markets are settled within a few hours of the event concluding.

9. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use 33rr in good faith, for personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open an account in your name or on your behalf.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime. 33rr takes all reasonable steps to detect and report suspicious financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game — including live casino tables — to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Using any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets or influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities. Any player who discovers a technical error that could be exploited is expected to report it to support immediately and not use it for personal gain.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services, bonuses or winnings from the platform.
• Abusing, threatening or harassing 33rr staff, support agents or other players in any communication channel.

Breaches of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending bonuses and winnings, and permanent ban from the platform. 33rr reserves the right to share relevant information with payment processors, fraud prevention services and relevant authorities where financial crime is suspected.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

33rr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, money laundering or any other activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or its players.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, your PKR balance will be preserved during the investigation period unless it is determined that the balance was obtained in breach of these terms. You will be notified by email of the suspension and, where possible, given an opportunity to respond before a final decision is made.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33rr support. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of a voluntary closure request will be processed for withdrawal to a verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
• Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming programme will result in the account being closed or locked for the requested period. During self-exclusion, no new accounts may be opened and any new registrations will be closed if linked to a self-excluded player.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to inactivity procedures. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee or closure process begins.

11. Privacy and Data

33rr collects and processes personal data as necessary to provide the platform services, process PKR transactions, verify player identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored, used and protected are set out in the 33rr Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to 33rr processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes the data you provide during registration, transaction data, game history and any communication records with support.

33rr uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect player data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. Player financial data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Payment processing is handled through secure channels and 33rr does not store full card numbers on its servers.

12. Limitation of Liability

33rr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or factors outside our control — including internet connectivity on your end — may affect availability.

• 33rr is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, game interruptions due to connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• 33rr is not liable for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from a player's failure to maintain their own device, browser or internet connection in a working state.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 33rr's liability for matters that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 33rr itself.
• To the maximum extent permitted, 33rr's total liability to any player for any cause arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

33rr may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, services offered, payment methods, promotional structures or applicable legal and operational requirements. When material changes are made, players will be notified by email and/or an in-platform notice before the new terms take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of 33rr after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the updated Terms take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term — may be made without prior notice.
